Description

The Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) and Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) use dry ice to

remove metal from aircraft parts and pieces. The Contractor shall provide dry ice pellets, approximately 1/2 - 3

/4 inch diameter pellet Dry Ice to the 402d CMXG and 402 AMXG every other Wednesday, with the possibility

of every Wednesday, depending on demand, to the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) at Robins

Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. Contract award shall be made to the Offeror with is the lowest total evaluated

price, to include the base year and four option years and full conformity to the attached Purchase Description

(PD), dated 08 August 2023.





Detail the Commodity/Deliverables:

Dry ice pellets (500-575 lbs) for Building 50.

Dry ice pellets (500-575 lbs) for Building 169.





Period of Performance:

Base: 19 September 2023 - 18 September 2024

Option 1: 19 September 2024 - 18 September 2025

Option 2: 19 September 2025 - 18 September 2026

Option 3: 19 September 2026 - 18 September 2027

Option 4: 19 September 2027 - 18 September 2028
