Description

This requirement is for a site survey for quote and installation of a Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS) and CCTV by a Honeywell Vindicator certified installer. The system will be designed to meet the physical security compliance requirements of the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) ICD-705, Robins (ANG) AFB specifications, and ESE-SIT-0001 for protection of assets. The contractor shall provide all necessary infrastructure upgrades to support systems operations. The contractor shall provide ancillary equipment, materials and/or supplies needed for the installation and associated infrastructure. The contractor shall ensure that the system delivered under this contract consists of already proven (qualified) Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) equipment from the Non-Nuclear, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) published by Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC) installed in the approved and tested configuration; and/or, non-CMD COTS IDS equipment proposed, qualified and proven by the contractor and accepted (Approved) by the Government as satisfying system requirements.



The contractor shall perform contractor Verification Testing of the system and subsystems to include information assurance verification and stability testing IAW ESE-SIT-0001 Test and Turnover Plan. Contractor shall validate contractor supplements to commercial technical manuals and support all phases of Government acceptance testing and provide site-specific training personnel. The contractor shall provide factory equipment staging services, onsite Programming, testing, and training for Vindicator equipment. The contractor shall provide project management for sub-contractors and onsite personnel.





SITE VISIT REQUIREMENTS:



All attendees requiring visitor passes to attend the site visit 10 Aug, 2023 at 0930 AM EDT must be submit requests to SSgt Cody Schwart at cody.schwart.1@us.af.mil cody.schwart.1@us.af.mil NLT 1200 EDT 9 Aug 2023.



Required entry information includes: First & Last name on DL, last four of SSN, Birthdate, DL number, and DL state.



Please arrive at the Robins, AFB visitor center NLT 0915 to allow enough time to process each pass.



ALL VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING WITH THEM:




  1. A Valid State-issued Driver's License/Identification card

    (Individuals with Driver's Licenses/Identification cards that contain the markings "Not Valid for Federal Purposes," "Not For Use as Federal Identification," "Federal Limits May Apply," or any other similar phrase, must be escorted)

  2. An approved secondary form of identification for Individuals who do possess a driver's license or identification card with Federal use limitations **See Example** (contact VCC for a list of approved secondary forms of identification)

  3. Proof of Registration IF driving (Hardcopy or digital is accepted)

  4. Proof of Insurance IF driving (Hardcopy or digital is accepted)

  5. ALL VISITORS are subject to a criminal background check and all traffic enforcement while on the installation.
