Description

Amendment 02: The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify the need for Lodgings for both the June and July date blocks. The Government is requesting capability statements from vendors able to provide hotel rooms for the following events as identified in this Request for Information (RFI) and in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Each event requires one (1) hotel within the required radius; however, the same facility is not required to cover all three (3) events.



Amendment 01: The purpose of this Amendment is to add language requesting the submission of a capability statement and/or a lodging proposal.

The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 345th Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion (BN) has a requirement for lodging-in-kind as identified in this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and in accordance with the attached Attachmet 0001- Statement of Work (SOW), dated 08 March 2024. The lodgings shall be:




  1. 06 - 09 June 2024, within 15 mile radius of 742 B. Street Bldg. 21718 Fort Eisenhower, GA 30905

  2. 14 - 18 July 2024, within 15 mile radius of 742 B. Street Bldg. 21718 Fort Eisenhower, GA 30905

  3. 14 - 18 July 2024, within 15 mile radius of 5015 Hood Avenue, Building 900, Fort Gillem, A 30297
