This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



This Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC) 2024-3, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 02/15/2024, Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 07/07/2023



This is Total Small Business set-aside. The North AMerican Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 485510-Charter Bus Rental.Commercial Services is located in the Attachment Solicitation-FA850124Q0014.



The RFQ FA8501-24-Q-0014 is for charter bus rentals for 4 trips for school age children in a summer program, two days each trip.



Contractor shall arrive at Youth center no later than 0730 each Tuesday and Wednesday morning June 4/5, June 11/12, June 25/26 July 16/17, Approximately 75 children and 12 staff will be waiting for transport each day. Contractor shall help load buses with food items and equipment. Contractor shall provide two buses each day. Children will load buses and leave Youth Center parking lot by 0800/0830 each day. Contractor shall transport children to destination and allow staff and children to disembark in safe area and distance from pre-arranged event. Contractor shall be responsible for parking bus at destination. Contractor and buses shall remain at location with children and staff for the duration of the field trip. Contractor shall bring buses around to pre-arranged site for meal breaks. Contractor shall help set-up and breakdown areas (load food and coolers, set-up lunch site, remove coolers from bus on return, etc) used for children during meal periods Contractor shall load children, staff and equipment at 1430 and disembark NLT 1500 to return back to transport all parties back to Youth center. Contractor shall then unload children and help place equipment back on site. Contractor shall check buses for items left on the vehicle, and return any items to Youth center staff. LOCATION- Field
