Sole Source Justification:

FirstNet Authority previously contracted with ath Power Consulting through open competition to develop and deliver a training course for FirstNet Authority Public Safety Advocacy (PSA) leadership on "Leading Distanced Teams Training." Approximately 10 PSA supervisors attended. In accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1), this request is a logical follow-on to the previously provided ath Power Consulting curriculum. This follow-on training is now for a wider audience, up to 50 employees within the FirstNet Authority Market Engagement Office (MEO), and covers much of the same training content, including leadership principles for a dispersed work environment that have been tailored to our agency's mission, cultural and interpersonal issues facing distanced teams, recognition of employees' development needs, benefits and drawbacks of distanced teams, and more. MEO as a whole is a distanced team, with employees working remotely all over the United States in order to fulfill our mission to engage with and serve our public safety stakeholders in all 56 states and territories. This training course will be delivered to all FirstNet Authority MEO employees in November 2022.

This specialized training is wholly owned by ath Power Consulting and is not distributed through or provided by anyone but ath Power Consulting. Additionally, ath Power Consulting retains the exclusive rights to its intellectual property.
