Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Reverend Simon Obeng-Kyeremeh Grovetown, GA 30813. The requirement is for non-personnel services contract to provide Fort Gordon Catholic Priest services (facilitate the communal, public worship life enhancing full and active participation of the assembly/congregation by planning, administering, and performance of the Catholic Mass in collaboration with Military Chaplain, Chaplain Staff, Religious Affairs Specialists and Civilian workforce.). Place of performance: is Friendship Chapel, Building 25603, Or Good Shepherd Chapel, Building 29608, and Fort Gordon, GA 30905 with the potential for performance at other locations at NSA for special services. These special services will be predetermined and coordinated between the Contractor and the Fort Gordon Garrison Chaplain. The NAICS code is 813110. The size standard for this NAICS code is $ 8,000,000.00. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under FAR Part 13. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 1630 on 21 June 2023, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
