Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) intends to make a single award to a responsible entity who can provide 30yd, lockable Trash Compactors to USP Atlanta, 601 McDonough Blvd. S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315 (see solicitation CLIN for specifications.)



The BOP intends to make an award within 5 days of solicitation closing date. All contract items must be delivered within (6) six months of award date. .



The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333310 with a corresponding small business size standard of 1000 employees.



Interested entities must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. NAICS code 333310 must be included, where applicable, in the registrations.



The product specification shall be in accordance with the details listed within the solicitation CLIN section. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or about September 18, 2023, at 2:00 pm ET. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency. Contract Pricing



This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to make a single award to a quoter, pursuant to an affirmative determination of responsibility, whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).



Price: Price shall be evaluated utilizing the total aggregate pricing offered by the quoter and must include freight/shipping cost.
