This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is a competitive 100% Small Business set aside. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under NAICS 336413 with size standard of 1,250 employees. As such, all applicable FAR clauses will be included on the contract document for- review prior to final agreement

Quotations should be emailed to Olivia Mitchell (olivia.mitchell@us.af.mil) no later than Monday, 6 November 2023 at 3:00 pm EST. Vendors are required to complete and sign solicitation document and return it with their quote and a technical document describing their bid.
