Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072300001 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE ‑ EGGS. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 1st, 2023 – March 31st, 2023. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 9, 2022 and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The Bids are due no later than Friday, November 25, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Delivery will not be accepted before January 1st, 2023. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212‑3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations (Aug 2005) are included.
