Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to lease approximately up to 7,839 Net Usable Square Feet 10,582.65 rentable square feet. Space must have up to fifty (50) parking spaces 3 of which must be handicapped accessible. The parking area must also meet all requirements of Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). This space must have a minimum built out, and will be considered as built.
