Description

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR



FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER (FLETC)



PURCHASE AND PLACEMENT OF SHIPPING CONTAINERS AT FLETC, GLYNCO, GA.



1. Background



The FLETC has a requirement for thirty-one (31) Shipping Containers (used). Eighteen of the containers are required to be double stacked requiring a crane and operator.



2. Scope



Supplier will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish work detailed herein. The contractor will field verify all quantities, dimensions, site conditions. The contractor will supply all supplemental and related miscellaneous work to comply with the scope of work as indicated in the Specifications, Statement of Work and/or Contract. No travel costs for visits by the Contractor to any FLETC site will be paid under this contract.



3. Description of Material and Tasks.



3.1 Materials:



0001 40-Foot-Long High Cube Container (Used) 30 Each



0002 40-Foot-Long High Cube Container (Used) Insulated with Foam 1 Each



0003 Crane and Operator to double stack nine (9) containers for a total



of eighteen (18) containers to be set and secured by the contractor. 1 Lot



0004 Transportation/Delivery. All containers shall be delivered and



off loaded by the contractor on site. 1 Lot





4. CONTRACT TYPE



This contract shall be firm fixed price. No travel expenses will be paid on this contract.



5. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE



The location below will be the delivery address of deliverables and performance address of work identified in this SOW. All Deliveries SHALL be coordinated with the Government Project Manager/COR. POC Information to be provided at time of award.

8. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE



The Contractor shall have a maximum of 90 calendar days in which to complete this project, from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Notice to proceed shall be issued once all materials are on site and all badging has been approved.
