The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville F(FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquistion Procedures for the procurement of a Roman Catholic Priest for Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA to the The Benedictine Order of Cleveland, Inc.

This is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact dwayne.k.davis2.civ@us.navy.mil. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation to bid.

Period of Performance:

BASE PERIOD: 1 January 2024 through 31 December 2024

OPTION PERIOD 1: 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2025

OPTION PERIOD 2: 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2026

Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by

7 December 2023 at 10:00 a.m. E.S.T., via email to dwayne.k.davis2.civ@us.navy.mil.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of

the Government.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining

whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting

Officer. If no written responses are received by 10:00 a.m. E.S.T, 7 December 2023, the contract will be

solicited without further notice.

It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a sole–source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract

with a Product Service Code (PSC) GG002 and a NAICS of 813110 with a size standard of $13.0 (millions of

dollars).

This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement

must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly

articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not

be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received after publication of this notice, to

the effect that comparable items are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government that

obtaining this service through a sole-source contract, then a sole-source acquisition will be made.
