Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the development of a Local Emergency Operations Plan, generally described as the project entitled “Development of LEOP for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA."

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for “Development of LEOP for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA, dated December 05, 2022., using guidance outlined in the FEMA Comprehensive Prepared Guide (CPG) 101 dated September 2021, version 3.0. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to contract with the County for the development of a new Local Emergency Operations Plan shall submit proposals marked “Development of LEOP for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA” regarding the same to the Liberty County Board of Commissioners at 112 North Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Room 2200, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, via mail (delivery and return receipt requested) no later than 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on January 09, 2023.
