Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services, One-Step Process for
North Bryan County Water Reclamation Facility (WRF)
Issue Date: September 22, 2022
1. The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualifying firms for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) One-Step Process services with Guaranteed Maximum Price method (GMP) for the construction of the new publicly owned North Bryan County Water Reclamation Facility located at 1685 Oracal Parkway in Pembroke, Bryan County, Georgia 31321.
2. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Commission Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Bryan County Administration Building, located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Jr. Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 2:00 PM, October 25th, 2022.
Bid submittals shall be opened publicly on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Commission Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Bryan County Administration Building, located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Jr. Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
