Invitation For Bid: Public Works Restroom Project - IFB 23-004

The City of Powder Springs will be seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors with demonstrated skills and experience in providing construction services for the demolition, painting, tile work, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and all other work necessary for the construction of the Public Works Restroom Project. This proposal shall also include all materials, labor, equipment, and miscellaneous related items to complete this project in accordance with the terms of the Invitation For Bid (“IFB”), any resulting contract, and the construction documents/specifications prepared by Croy Engineering, LLC for the City of Powder Springs. The Project is located at 3006 Springs Industrial Drive in Powder Springs, Georgia. The bids shall be submitted to Powder Springs Police Department at 1114 Richard D. Sailors Parkway prior to 10 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 10 a.m. via Zoom.
