Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Sexual Assault and Hair Evidence Collection Kits to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
No questions other than written will be accepted.
Agency is requesting a one year contract with the option to renew for 4 additional years. This contract is open to law enforcement agencies and health care providers within the state of Georgia.
A sample kit must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. EST on March 1, 2023 per the eRFQ document.
Price submitted should be per kit.
