The City of Roswell is seeking qualified contractors who possess a Georgia Electrical License to provide construction services to remove fourteen (14) wooden light poles and install fourteen (14) concrete light poles at two locations. Forty Five (45) calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract.

Contractors submitting a proposal must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk the site prior to submitting a proposal. The proposal is a fixed lump sum price to complete the work based on the submitting contractor's understanding of the scope and assessment of the site.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website at no charge. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website in order to obtain official Bidding Documents. The Designed Website must also be used to submit responsive bids.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required.

The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids.

Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend mandatory pre-bid conferences.
