The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Wiregrass Georgia Technical College for a Restroom Renovation project for Buildings 100, 200, 300 and 400 at their Ben Hill-Irwin Campus, in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Ben Hill-Irwin Campus is located at 667 Perry House Rd, Fitzgerald, GA 31750. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Wiregrass Georgia Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Ben Hill-Irwin Campus on April 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in the Charles Harris Learning Center, Building 600, Room 602B. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
