RFP Municipal Complex

The City of Senoia is requesting concept designs for a new municipal complex. The building may be one or two stories and approximate square footage is 40,000. The complex must include city hall, police station, amphitheater and Veterans' Memorial. Additional amenities within the complex may be suggested. Consideration of the park and surrounding greenspace should be considered and incorporated. Please reference Senoia's Comprehensive Plan, the Senoia Historic Preservation Guidelines, and the Senoia Pattern Book for insight and reflection of the city's priorities.

A few parameters the city will be looking for from a design standpoint in a design build RFP: budget, schedule, scope, and project parameters. The city budget is approximately $20M. See attached master plan for owner’s desired building and site layout. The project is scheduled to commence by January of 2023 and should be substantially complete by January of 2027.
