Bid No 2018-001 Single-Family Housing Development A HUD Section 3 Opportunity
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Waynesboro until 11:00 a.m., February 6, 2023, for a General Contractor, to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, site development, etc. for the construction of one new Single-Family Housing Project located at 1025 Grubbs Street Waynesboro, GA. The City-owned property will be using Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community H.O.M.E Investment Partnership (CHIP) funds to create an affordable homeownership opportunity. This is a Section 3 contract opportunity and is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
