The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf the Technical College System of the State of Georgia and Quick Start (“Using Agency”), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing design professional services for a project known as Project No.TCSG-397 Quick Start EV Training Center – Newton County, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services.
