The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) for Rural Healthcare (RHC) eligible services to be used by the State of Georgia¿s Department of Public Health (DPH) to support the complex and elaborate network across 235 rural and Urban sites located strategically throughout Georgia and all other supporting network infrastructure including the agency owned Telehealth and Telemedicine services.
The services herein in this RFP are defined as services that are used to communicate information electronically between multiple state-owned offices, Local districts community clinics and facilities, and state agencies, including the data center at NADC and Cloud infrastructure at the Ashburn data center.
The services must be provided by Rural health care (RHC) certified data network carrier i.e., an organization recognized by the FCC as providing data services on a common carrier basis. Offerors should submit a response for Data/ or Internet services.
