Description
The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal bids from qualified firms to establish a contract, through competitive negotiation, to obtain Plumbing Services. Service/Goods will be provided on a time and material basis. The Plumbing Services contract shall be on an "As Needed" basis, twenty-four (24) seven (7) days a week basis.
