The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (“Using Agency” or "BOR"), and Georgia State University, ("GSU") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Building Commissioning Services for a project known as Project No. J-388 Research Tower, at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document.
