Description
THE POLK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IS ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS FROM QUALIFIED VENDORS FOR PROVIDING SPECIFIED EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION FOR SIX (6) 2023 CHEVROLET TAHOE PATROL VEHICLES. AN AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE VENDOR WHOSE BID BEST SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS REQUEST AND BEST SERVES THE INTEREST OF POLK COUNTY. SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 4:00 PM LEGALLY PREVAILING TIME ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 20, 2022 IN THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE LOCATED AT 216 MAIN STREET IN CEDARTOWN, GA 30125. LATE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Copies of bid documents may be obtained from the Polk County Administration Office located at 216 E Main Street. Cedartown, Georgia 30125. Requests for documents should be filed promptly with Polk County. Proposal documents are also available on the Polk County Website: www.polkga.org
