Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of Street, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Improvements for The Park at Satilla located in Coffee County, Georgia for the 2023 OneGeorgia Equity Grant, Grant No, 23gq-034-5-5121 until 10:00 a.m. local time), Friday, March 31, 2023, at which time bids will be opened and read.

The meeting will be held at the Douglas-Coffee County Industrial Authority Office and will be opened to the public. Proposals can be mailed to the Douglas-Coffee County Industrial Authority, Attention Mr. Matt Seale, Executive Director, 114 North Peterson Avenue, Suite 205, Douglas, Georgia 31533. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The Douglas-Coffee County Industrial Authority may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids.

The Scope of Work Includes:
Street, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Improvements for The Park at Satilla

All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Douglas-Coffee County Industrial Authority in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Douglas-Coffee County Industrial Authority. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount.

All work on the project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days of date of Notice to Proceed.
