The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:

Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to remove approximately 4,100 LF of existing 36-inch DIP and some portions of 36-inch PCCP water main and install a new 30-inch FRP water main (and some sections of 36-inch DIP water main) and appurtenances in its place.

Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all Bidders at 11:00 AM on April 13, 2023, at 1170 Atlanta Industrial Drive, Marietta, GA 30066. Bids will be accepted only from those who attended the pre-bid meeting.

Bidding Documents are available for examination and purchase at the Issuing Office, which is Engineering Strategies, Inc. 3855 Shallowford Rd., Suite 525, Marietta, GA 30062, Phone (770) 429-0001, bids@esi-ga.com. Cost of Bid Documents is $100.00 for each set, payable to Engineering Strategies, Inc.
