Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "Department" or "GDOT") is conducting this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 50-5-50 et seq) to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide to the Department Liquid Storage Tanks and Accessories commodities as further described in this eRFQ.
The Department estimates that it may procure about 50 (fifty) storage tanks and accessories in various sizes each year. This is intended to be a multi award to all responsive and responsible bidders, to give the Department wide coverage and the ability to secure products statewide.
