The City of Alpharetta (City) is requesting proposal responses from Offerors experienced in working with municipality and Public Safety personnel for the provisioning of uniforms and duty gear items for Fire, Police, Rescue, E-911, and various other specialties, reserve, and volunteer personnel. The City’s intent is to award a 5-year non-exclusive contract to one or more successful Offerors that supply the uniform or duty gear items listed in Section 4 Cost Proposal Catalog Lists for Uniforms-Clothing and for Duty Gear. The City reserves the right to enter into contracts with multiple companies for Uniforms and Duty Gear. The City will use the Catalog Lists included in this RFP for cost evaluation as well as when ordering from awarded Offeror(s). The City purchases uniforms and apparel for approximately 250 - 300 Public Safety personnel (full-time, part-time, reserve, and volunteer), however, each Offeror shall understand that the Catalog Lists provide quantities for estimation purposes only. No guarantee is made for the number of items to be purchased by the City. During the term of any contract awarded based on this RFP, items may be added to or eliminated from the list by the City.
