Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Fayetteville, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City of Fayetteville, Georgia’s “DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS – PROJECT SITES: 380 STEPHENS AVE., 115 NORTH PARK DR., BOOKER AVE., & 195 CREEKWOOD TR.” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to traffic control, grading, demolition of existing sidewalk/curb and gutter/pavement, installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalks, stormwater drainage structures and pipes, pavement repair, and sod in accordance with the Contract Documents for the City of Fayetteville’s “DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS – PROJECT SITES: 380 STEPHENS AVE., 115 NORTH PARK DR., BOOKER AVE., & 195 CREEKWOOD TR.” project. Bidders must possess and mark the outside of sealed bids with a current Georgia Contractors License Number.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, December 5th 2022 at 10:00 AM local time at the Fayetteville City Hall, 210 Stonewall Ave. West; Fayetteville, GA 30214.
