The Burke County Board of Commissioners (County) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms with past, proven, positive experiences in providing Managed IT Security Services to maintain compliance with CJIS security standards under a combination fixed price/hourly rate master services agreement. The target start date for performing these services is December 2022.
The County intends to award one non-exclusive Master Services contract to the firm that presents the proposal considered to be of the best value to the County for a period of two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional 1-year periods. Either party reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. The contract holder will have an opportunity to offer a reasonable rate increase if provided in writing 90 days before any renewal period. At any time during the solicitation process, the County reserves the right to refuse any and all sealed proposals and to waive any technicalities and formalities. The County reserves the right to negotiate with all qualified Proposers. The County may cancel this solicitation in part or in its entirety at any time during the solicitation process if it is in the County’s best interest to do so.

All responses to the Request for Proposal must be submitted on the bid form in the RFP linked below. Burke County reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals.
