The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the remodel and addition to an existing 50,000 square foot warehouse building to include selective demolition of interior partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as exterior site components and structures. Once demolition is complete a remodel of portions of interior spaces to include construction of new partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, in addition to interior remodel, the exterior walls will have new window and door openings added. In addition to the interior remodeling there will be an approximately 9,300 square foot pre-engineered metal building added to the rear of the existing structure to contain an included drive-in cooler and freezer. Site improvements shall include locating and identifying existing underground pipes, structures, and utilities and the removal or relocation of them from the building/construction area, and the installation of new site utilities to include storm drainage structures and sanitary sewer structures as well as expanding the asphalt parking lot. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.
