Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Valdosta State Prison Boiler Plant and Underground Piping in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

This project includes the replacement of boilers and domestic hot water loop and pumps. The replacement of chilled water loop and domestic hot water loop. Also, fill in existing wood chip pit. (See Section 01010, Summary of Work)

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
