Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Custodial Services for the kitchen and dining areas to the Georgia Southern University Armstrong Campus and possibly also for the Statesboro Campus (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide custodial services for Georgia Southern University¿s (GS) dining and kitchen areas at The Galley dining facility on the Armstrong campus. This work will be performed during the evening 3rd shift hours.
We also have two facilities on the Statesboro campus, Dining Commons and Lakeside.  There is a possibility that the University will add these two dining facilities to the contract sometime during the life of this contract. That decision has not been made and will be determined by the cost proposals received in this solicitation.
