NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PAVING BIDS

Tattnall County is soliciting bids on reconstruction and restriping of approximately 416 Sq.Yds. of parking lot behind the Tattnall County Governmental Complex. Contractor will be given a 14-day notice to proceed. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid construction meeting 10:00 a.m. on April 19, 2023, at the Tattnall County Commissioners’ Office, 2nd floor in the Tattnall County Courthouse. Bid deadline will be 10:00 a.m., April 26, 2023. Bids will be opened and read aloud at this time. Tattnall County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractor must be authorized to use and uses the federal work authorization program commonly known as E-Verify, or any subsequent replacement program, in accordance with the applicable provisions and deadlines established in O.C.G.A. 13-10-91. Contractor must supply their E-Verify number, workers comp, and liability insurance verification if bid is accepted. A bond is not required, but a one year written guarantee will be required.
