To download documents, press and hold the (CTRL) control key and click on the view button. Continue to hold the (CTRL) control key until the popup screen is displayed. Once the popup screen appears, you may open, save, or cancel the document. If you are experiencing problems downloading documents ensure that you have turn off your popup blocker. To access any comments and attachments that may be documented at the line level, you will need to click on the Comment Bubble at the end of each line identified in the line section.
