Burke County is seeking an architectural firm or individual architect to provide architectural and design services for its Community Development Block Grant application. The award of the architectural contract for this project is contingent upon the grant being funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed to provide the design and inspection services for local state and federally funded projects including architectural services and programs.

Request for Qualifications are due no later than 4:30 PM, Friday, March 24, 2023. Proposals submitted by mail should be addressed: Nicee D. Long, CSRA Regional Commission, 3626 Walton Way Ext. Suite 300, Augusta, GA 30909. Request for Qualifications received after 4:30 p.m. on March 24, 2023 will not be considered.
