Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany-Procurement Division on behalf of the Dougherty County Board of Commissioners, for the award of a service contract to provide Right-of-Way Mowing according to bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. The scope of work for the project is contained in the attached bid documents. This will be a firm-fixed-price one (1) year contract with four ( 4) options to renew for additional one-year terms per GA Law O.C.G.A. 36-60-13. The deadline for bid submissions is 3:00 P.M. on January 31, 2023. The Bid Opening will be held at the City of Albany Procurement Division office, located at 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia.
A Prebid Conference will be held at 10:30 A.M. on January 19, 2023, at 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend this
conference.
