Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 5:00 pm EST, on February 1, 2023, for a qualified firm/team to develop a county-wide property survey. The County received a Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) to collect information about every parcel within its jurisdiction. The survey will be a "windshield" inventory of property conditions that will be used to develop a publicly accessible web-based database. This project is funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
Dougherty County strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this RFP. All Corporations should provide a corporate seal, a copy of the Secretary of State's Certificate of Incorporation, and a listing of the principals of the corporation with their response.
Dougherty County reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
