Description
Effingham County is seeking a competent design-build team to renovate 3 existing residential structures for office use, demolition of a residential structure, and construction of a parking lot to service one of the renovated offices.
Quotes are due by 11.00am (Eastern Time) November 2, 2022 and must be submitted through Effingham County’s eProcurement Portal.
