Sealed Bids for the construction of the Berrien County – HVAC Removal & Replacement, will be received, by Berrien County Board of Commissioners, at the Berrien County Courthouse, 201 N. Davis Street, Room 198, Nashville, GA 31639, until Wednesday, March 22, 2023 11:00 A.M., local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Contractor submitting a bid must be a licensed Utility Contractor by the State of Georgia.
Construction consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove and replace multiple HVAC systems in multiple locations as indicated in the Contract Specifications. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract with a 180 consecutive calendar day construction schedule.
Copies of Bidding Documents can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C., 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, (229) 388-8823, upon payment of $200.00 for each set (non-refundable). All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
