The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the remodel to an existing 50,000 square foot warehouse building to include selective demolition of interior partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as exterior site components and structures. Once demolition is complete a remodel of portions of interior spaces to include construction of new partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Site improvements shall include locating and identifying existing underground pipes, structures, and utilities and the removal or relocation of them from the building/construction area, and the installation of new site utilities to include sanitary sewer structures. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.
