OVERVIEW:
The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for Cooling Tower Replacement ¿ Building B Project at their Marietta campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.

The Chattahoochee Technical College - Marietta Campus is located at 980 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30060. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Chattahoochee Technical College (CTC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Marietta Campus on December 13, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in Building B ¿ Atrium. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
