Description
The Project consists of the scope of services includes using a modulating valve for the control of Braswell Mountain tank to allow for the decommissioning of the Braswell Mountain Pump Station. Garver performed modeling in the Spring of 2022 that showed this connection and operational strategy would increase flow provided by the Richland Creek WTP and reduce pressure swings in the system. This addition will effectively fill and drain the tank by closing and opening a control valve. To achieve these goals Garver purposes to include the following services:
