This project consists of selective demolition of the existing theater and adjacent locker room areas, with locker room block to be reconfigured to include 3 new classrooms and other existing locker room spaces to be modified; a new theater for 730 and relocated main school entry will occupy the existing theater space and expand into the existing front landscaped area. It will include a new raised roof, front lobby, A/V booth, concessions, dressing rooms, workshop, storage & toilets
