•        Bids shall be opened and publicly read on November 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., EST.
•        Acceptance of the highest responsive, responsible bid shall be made in writing after approval by the Mayor and Council of the City of Norcross.
•        All bids shall be irrevocable.
•        No bids shall be contingent on obtaining financing.
