The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written quotations for the purchase of a Class A Fire Engine for The City of Richmond Hill. Sealed bids will be received at The City of Richmond Hill, Attn: Derrick Cowart, Finance Director located at 40 Richard R. Davis Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 for hand or express delivery; for standard mailed documents send to P.O. Box 250, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by 4:30 P.M., January 13th, 2023.The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.

Any questions pertaining to this invitation to bid must be made in writing and received no later than 4:30 P.M.(EST), January 3th, 2023. No responses will be given to questions received after that time.
