COURTHOUSE LANDSCAPE AND
IRRIGATION

Sealed BIDS for demolition of existing landscaping/ irrigation and installation of new
landscaping/ irrigation system will be received by Upson County at the Upson County
Commissioner’s Office located at 106 East Lee Street, Suite 140, Thomaston, GA until
2:00 PM, Local Time on February 15, 2023 and then at said office will be publicly opened
and read aloud.
The scope of the project will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Selective tree removal to include stump and root removal as necessary.
2. Demolition and disposal of existing plant materials as shown in construction
drawings.
3. Demolition and disposal of existing irrigation system as shown in construction
drawings.
4. Grading complete as necessary to backfill tree removal voids.
5. Installation of new plantings and sods as shown in the construction drawings.
6. Installation of new irrigation system as shown in the construction drawings.
All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and
instructions enclosed herein.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, Local Time on February 01,
2023, at the Upson County Commissioner’s Office (106 East Lee Street, Suite 140,
Thomaston, Georgia). Project scheduling, coordination requirements, and questions of
interpretation will be addressed at this time.
