Request for Proposal – Fire Station # 1 Metal Roof REBID.
Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking contractors to submit Proposals on the following project. The project consists of furnishing materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services required for providing and installing a METAL ROOF at FIRE STATION # 1 as described in Scope of Work Section of the RFP Document.
Proposal Documents will be available on the County Website www.catoosa.com/RFP.
Pre-Proposal Meeting on Monday, Oct 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM. at the Fire Station #1 located at 5282 Evitt street, Ringgold, GA 30736. This is the time for all contractors to visit site

All written questions or concerns regarding the RFP must be made via email only. The Deadline for questions is Friday, Oct 21, 2022 by NOON. Send to: BidQuestions@catoosa.com. No contact is to be made with any other employee of Catoosa County. Such contact may result in disqualification from the proposal process.

THREE (3) copies of your Proposal must be sealed and delivered in person, by mail or overnight delivery service to the office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736 not later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, Oct 27, 2022. Proposals received after said time will not be accepted. The envelope shall state “PROPOSAL – Fire Station # 1 Metal Roof REBID” to prevent accidental opening. Proposals shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project and the Respondent's name and address.

Responder must have minimum Worker’s Comp and General Liability Insurance in full force and effect. No Proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Respondent holds any and all necessary or required Federal, State or local licenses and/or permits.
