Sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of Commissioners, Jesup, GA at the Jesup-Wayne County Airport Terminal Conference Room at 535 Airport Road, Jesup, GA 31546 until Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 2:15 p.m. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Jesup-Wayne County Airport Terminal Conference Room located at the above address.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The general scope of this project phase is to complete construction of a new taxiway located parallel to runway 11-29. The work will include placing base, paving, marking, minor earthwork, and airfield lighting and signage over previously placed fill material.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.
